About me
My name is Evelyn Könings, and I have been practicing family law in Berlin since 2001. My main focus, in addition to representing clients in divorce proceedings, including related matters, is advising on separation and conflict situations, with a particular emphasis on reaching agreements between the parties regarding child custody, spousal support, and the division of assets.
In order to be able to resolve conflicts even more effectively out of court, I am currently completing mediation training at "klaren & lösen" in Berlin according to the standards of the Federal Association for Mediation e. V.
